Terms of service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms describe the permitted use of the Caspian website and Caspian Connector. They apply alongside your organization's agreement with Caspian. A separate customer agreement governs any purchased services and takes precedence if its provisions conflict with these terms. These terms do not create a paid subscription or replace agreed pricing, service levels or data-processing terms.
Service provider
Caspian BV provides Caspian and operates getcaspian.io. We are registered in Belgium under company number 1042.322.507, at Brusselsesteenweg 6, bus 104, 9050 Gent (Gentbrugge), Belgium. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to hello@getcaspian.io.
What Caspian does
Caspian helps IT administrators understand their organization's users, applications and available security and activity information in one workspace. The Google Workspace connector synchronizes the directory, groups, company domains, application authorizations and available audit history that the connecting administrator authorizes.
Available information depends on the connected source, its permissions and the records it supplies. An application's OAuth authorization is not an administrator-managed app assignment or proof of using that application. An unknown activity date is not proof of inactivity. Review the source evidence before making an access, security or licensing decision.
Accounts and organizational authority
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Use an organizational workspace only with that organization's permission. Connect a third-party integration only if you are authorized to approve its access and processing on the organization's behalf.
Your organization is responsible for choosing its workspace users, their roles and the integrations it connects. Do not share workspace information with people who are not authorized to receive it. Notify Caspian if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or workspace.
Acceptable use
Use Caspian lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not access another organization's data without permission, bypass access controls, misuse integration credentials, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the service or its providers.
Any action affecting a connected system must be authorized by the organization that controls it. Connecting the inventory integration does not authorize unrelated changes to employee accounts or third-party applications.
Your data and privacy
Your organization retains its rights in the data it supplies or authorizes Caspian to synchronize. Caspian processes that information to provide the authorized workspace features, subject to the privacy policy and any applicable customer and data-processing agreement.
Our privacy policy describes the Google permissions we request, how we use and share the resulting data, AI processing for user-facing features, retention and deletion. Caspian's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Integrations and disconnecting
Google and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. Caspian can synchronize only the data those services make available under your authorization. Changes in permissions, provider limits or availability can affect the integration's coverage.
Disconnecting Google Workspace in Caspian removes the stored refresh credential and stops future synchronization. It does not itself revoke the Google authorization or delete previously synchronized inventory and history. You can remove the authorization through Google's account or Workspace administrator controls. Contact Caspian for organizational data-deletion requests as described in our privacy policy.
Service changes and support
Caspian may update the product and these published terms. The date above identifies the current version. Separate contractual rights, applicable legal rights and agreed service commitments remain in force; this page does not override them.
For questions, help with an integration, or account and data requests, contact hello@getcaspian.io and identify the relevant organization. Do not send passwords or integration secrets in your message.
