About Caspian
Caspian is IT and security software for companies that run on laptops and SaaS. You manage laptops, access and AI tools by chatting with it. Set it up once, and a new hire's laptop is ready on day one, a leaver's access is gone on their last, and every AI tool in use is known.
Who it's for
Companies of 50 to 2,000 people whose IT team is small enough to know every laptop by name. Caspian reads from the identity provider you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or Okta. It starts read-only, with nothing to install.
What it costs
Seeing every app, account and laptop, and who has access to each, is free. Letting Caspian do the work the way you decide, from onboarding and offboarding to fixing laptops and handling requests, is €10 per active user per month, excluding VAT, free for 30 days from install. Every price is public.
Who we are
Caspian BV is a Belgian company based in Ghent, founded by Simon Mestdagh and Robin Baeteman. The two of us build Caspian, and we answer customers ourselves, in a Slack channel shared with your team rather than a ticket queue.
