- What counts as a person?
Anyone with an account in a connected app. Contractors count. Shared mailboxes, service accounts and machine identities don’t.
- What happens at 251?
Nothing breaks and nothing switches off. We get in touch and price the next tier with you.
- What’s the catch on free?
There isn’t a seat cap or an expiry. Free is read-only: Caspian shows you what’s there but doesn’t change anything in your stack.
- Is the launch price really locked?
Yes. While you stay subscribed, €999 stays €999 — including through the increases everyone signing up later will pay.
- Can Caspian see what my people are doing?
No, and not on either plan. Caspian can tell you an unapproved tool is handling customer data. It cannot tell you whose laptop it came from. Identity and activity travel separately — one step sees the address and not the contents, the next sees the contents and not the address, and no single step holds both. Org-level visibility is the default; individual attribution stays off until you turn it on. EU hosted, EU processed.
