- Who counts?
Anyone with an active account in your identity provider, contractors included, with all their laptops. Shared mailboxes and service accounts don’t count, and people who leave stop counting once they’re offboarded.
- How does the trial work?
Act is free for 30 days from the day you install Caspian. No card is needed. After 30 days you keep See, and nothing is deleted: your automations stay, laptops stay enrolled, and every automation asks you before it acts, with a weekly count of what Caspian would have done. Subscribe and they act again. Every plan, free or paid, comes with a Slack channel to the founders.
- How does billing work?
Monthly, for the users who were active that month, excluding VAT. Cancel any time; there is no annual contract and no minimum.
- Can Caspian see what my people do?
No. Caspian shows what happens across the company, not who did it, until you choose to turn that on. Your data is hosted and processed in the EU.
